		<description>Jeff, I had a similar problem when I lived in Chase, only it was reversed.  I couldn't get &lt;em&gt;out&lt;/em&gt; of Chase parking lots do to the raised exits.  Bastards.</description>

		<description>Yeah, it's flipping cold out there. And I've also learned that my new car pretty much sucks in the snow. I guess that's what I get for insisting on 18" rims with low-profile sport tires (definitely not winter-rated). Yesterday afternoon, I couldn't get into my apartment parking lot, because it has very small hills going up into it. I expect I'm in for the same problem today. I'll have to find a nearby flat parking lot to park in, probably. Argh.
