I’ve been in Kansas for over 10 years, too, so I’m also pretty jadded when it comes to storms — but that was still a pretty nasty storm! Damn thing took out the modem on my TiVo. That’s harsh.

Yeah, but I’ll bet you had power last night. A tree limb fell down yesterday, narrowly missing my friends’ cars (we had left our house), and we didn’t have power til like 7 this morning. We’re all okay. One of my roommates is a storm tracker, so we got to go ride with him - it was fun!
